Walk the border, then ride to Agua Caliente

Typical flow

1. Park on the US side (or rideshare to the port).
2. Walk San Ysidro PedEast / PedWest, or Otay pedestrian.
3. Ride to Olive: Blvd. Agua Caliente 4558-Interior C1-32B (hospital district). Confirm the address on your written plan.
4. Coming home: WHTI document — passport or passport card. A regular driver’s license is not enough.

What not to invent

FastLane / SEDETI Cruce Ágil is a vehicular municipal program (plates + name, short window). A clinic appointment email is not that pass. Do not treat “proof of appointment” as a pedestrian express lane. Ask the clinic only if a car medical lane applies — or skip it.

Weekday mornings are usually smoother than holiday peaks. Do not cite old wait-time numbers as “always.”
