Why Tijuana (San Ysidro / Otay → Agua Caliente)
- Pedestrian crossings at San Ysidro or Otay Mesa put you near Zona Urbana Río Tijuana and the Blvd. Agua Caliente corridor — short rides to clinics once you are on the Mexican side.
